Cookie Design and Consulting, as it is formally called, was founded in the summer of 2003 by a recent graduate of Colgate University, Adam Palmiter. He believed that he could create new and exciting web content for the outdated businesses of southern Vermont.
Since then, he has not only accomplished his goal, but has branched out to work with clients in Boston, New York, and even Colorado.
